Fill the Royal Prestige® MultiPan with water up to the steaming level line and place the strainer on.
Place the lid on with the valve open and turn on the heat to high and wait until it whistles.
Take the lid off and add the shrimp.
Place the lid back on and wait until it whistles once more, lower the heat to low and close the valve.
Steam the shrimp for about 3 minutes or until the shrimp is fully cooked through.
Transfer the shrimp to a mixing bowl and let them cool down completely.
Refill the water if needed to the steaming level line and place the lid on with the valve open and turn on the heat to high and wait until it whistles.
Take the lid off and add in the lobster tails.
Place the lid back on and wait until it whistles once more, lower the heat to low and close the valve.
Steam the lobster tails for about 8 minutes or until its fully cooked through.
Transfer the lobster tails to a mixing bowl and let them cool down a bit.
Cut the shell off and remove the meat carefully and let it cool down completely.
While the shrimp and lobster are cooling down mix together the mayonnaise, celery, garlic, jalapeno, zest of a lemon, juice of half a lemon and paprika, salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl, set aside.
Cut the shrimp and lobster into bite size pieces and toss them into the mayonnaise mixture.
Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Serve it into toasted hot dog buns or rolls and garnish.
