Ingredients For This Recipe

  • 8 oz unsalted butter, cut into small cubes, room temperature
  • ½ fig spread or jam, or to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Insert the chopper blade into the blender jar and add the butter along with the jam and salt.
  2. Place the lid on the container and turn it clockwise until it is closed.
  3. Align the motor body with the chopping bowl lid and press it into place.
  4. Start beating slowly and then increase the speed until it is well processed and the butter is completely whipped.
  5. Remove the blade and transfer to a bowl.
  6. Use the whipped fig butter on toast or anything else you fancy.
  7. Enjoy.
